Joining our association is quick and hassle free! All you need to do is complete our online application process which should only take few minutes of your time. To start the process, you must select the type of membership you wish to apply for. Head over to our 'Become a Member' page, select the membership by clicking 'Apply Now' directly below it and follow the wizard instructions to complete the processes. 

Once you're done, you will receive your order confirmation via email, including a welcome email as an indication you've successfully joined.

Our BADN Rewards Scheme will provide you with some fantastic offers, discounts and savings on hundreds of products and services nationwide such as, insurance services, travel, days out and family activities, home appliances, gadgets and much more. Our memberships are also tax-allowable meaning you can claim tax back on your purchased membership.

No. Our membership fee does NOT include the indemnity policy. The indemnity policy is an additional features and extra costs will apply.

No. The BADN Indemnity Scheme in partnership with Trafalgar Risk Management is available exclusively to our members only. This means that you be current active members in order to redeem highly discounted premium rates when applying for the indemnity policy.

Returning members do not need to create a new account, because all the data has been transferred from our previous system. In order to regain access to your BADN membership account along with all your membership features you will need your email address to reset your account password. Renewing your membership has never been easier with our new system in place. It's a three step process that will have you renew your membership within minutes. Our system will automatically process a renewal quote for your current membership so, all you have to do is add it to your basket and process the payment. Log in to your membership account, head over to your account profile page or members' area home page where you can find your details. You will find a 'Renew Now' button. Click on it and process the payment, it's that simple.

You can update your details by logging into your account and viewing your account profile page. Once you log in, click on your name displayed at the top of the page to access your personal account. You can add/remove or update your personal information such as name, address, contact details, email address and more.

Log in and navigate to your account by clicking on your name displayed at the top of the page. Then, select 'Preferences' tab and scroll to find 'Change Password'

Due to recent upgrades on both sides, BADN and Trafalgar Risk Management and changes in rules and regulations in relation to insurance services, BADN will no longer collect payments for Indemnity Policy on behalf of Trafalgar Risk Management. This means that both products, membership and indemnity policy will not have to be applied and paid for separately via its own service provider. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over as we must comply with the law.

All new and renewing members are now required to follow a new process where they first need to apply and successfully purchase the BADN membership before receiving access to BADN Indemnity Scheme to access your discounted premium rates and then, applying for indemnity policy directly via Trafalgar Risk Management website.

We are currently exploring options to bring back an option to pay for both services together with a single transactions. More information will be provided when available.

We currently accept online payments using Visa/Visa Debit and MasterCard.

In certain circumstances, customers can also request to pay via cheque. Please note, where you wish to pay by cheque, your membership will not be activated until the cheque has been received and cleared by our accounts department. For more information about how you can pay by cheque, please contact us directly.

All payments made through our website are encrypted and secure. We do not share or keep your card details on our system after the payment has been processed. You may also call us and we can process your payment transactions directly with a member of our team over the phone. 

Due to recent upgrades to our database and website systems, the Direct Debit option has become unavailable at this present moment in time. We've very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. We cannot confirm whether this payment option will become available in the future. 

All current live memberships who were scheduled for the Direct Debit payment in the past will still continue as agreement until the current membership expiry date. All new/renewing memberships will now be required to make a payment upfront as per payment options available at the time of processing.

Once you've successfully purchased a membership, the members access should become active straight away. Sometimes it might take couple of minutes for our system to update the records, please either refresh the page (Press F5 on your keyboard) or log out and log back in to your account. 

In the unlikely event where you have not receive your exclusive membership access, please contact us so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

If you wish to make adjustments to your membership type, you need to contact us directly to discuss this further.

Some of our website content is restricted to either members only or is available to a specific membership type.

No. We do not have an automatic renewal policy in place. However, one month prior to your membership prior to your membership expiring, our system will generate a renewal quote and offer a change to renew your membership in few simple steps. Please see 'How to renew your BADN membership' for more information.

You don't have to do anything. If you decide not to renew your membership, the system will deactivate your membership access once your membership expires and the renewal quote will be automatically removed. You will still have access to your online account on our website however, you will have no access to any membership features.

If you decide to come back and join us, you will be required to follow join as a new member through our 'Become a Member' page.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact us either via post, email or telephone.
