Why the Change?
We have decided to switch to Microsoft Teams to provide a more seamless and integrated experience for our attendees. Teams offers robust features that we believe will enhance our virtual gatherings and improve overall communication.
What Do You Need to Do?
To ensure you are prepared for this transition, please follow these steps:
1. Download and Install Microsoft Teams:
2. Join the Meeting:
- In the 'Event Access Link ' email we will provide a link to the Teams Meeting to join the session directly.
- You will be placed in the waiting room, and the event organiser will admit you shortly after joining.
- Alternatively, you can join by entering the Meeting ID and Passcode through Microsoft Teams platform.
